Job Description:

To oversee all aspects of Connection and Administration at FCC

Overall Responsibilities:

To oversee the tasks of Connections, and maintaining the Free Chapel level of excellence in regards to:

  • Overseeing first impression teams
  • Complete monthly BBVA financial report
  • Oversee Nextsteps process que
  • Altar & first time guest reporting
  • Communication with attendees, volunteers, and hospital/funeral visitations
  • Assist with planning upcoming events.
  • Assist with School of Discipleship and semester based small groups
  • Order any needed supplies for campus

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Computer experience with word processing and CCB systems
  • Accessibility, responsiveness, and flexibility to handle the changing needs of the church

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday
    6am - 1:00pm
  • Monday
    9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday
    9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Wednesday
    9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday
    9:00am - 5:00pm
