Administrative Assistant- Rockwall Campus Student Ministry


Full Time, Non-exempt


40 hour (including Wednesday night)

Overall Responsibilities:

Support the Student Ministry team with administrative needs related to student programs, leaders, and students.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for Student Ministry team
  • Answer phones for Campuses Ministry Office
  • Attendance at weekly United events is required for this position
  • Support the Students midweek program, United from an administrative side, including but not limited to sending out emails, oversee leader and volunteer check in.
  • Help with set up and tear down at all student programming and events
  • Update weekly student attendance in spreadsheet and Rock
  • Help onboard new Connection Team volunteers
  • Oversee and schedule Connection team volunteers for mid-week
  • Support major events as directed by supervisor
  • Provide helpful and positive interactions with all leaders, students, and
  • Count and keep record of café and merch money each week

Experience Preferred

  • High School graduate
  • 2-3 years prior work experience, preferably in an office setting
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish (written and verbal communication) is a plus
