Administrative Assistant to Global Worship Pastor


Full Time, Exempt


Overall Responsibilities:
To help Lakepointe Worship stay creative and efficient while working well with all of the Lakepointe Church Ministries. To bring expertise to all accompanying team members assist them in establishing goals and objectives. Provide administrative and secretarial support to Global Worship Pastor.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain database/correspondence
  • Prepare weekly worship supplies
  • Maintain band & singer weekly needs, including, but not limited to payroll & calendar for all campuses
  • Bring leadership and structure to the Worship team by overseeing project timelines, communication, and maintaining consistent vision across all locations
  • Oversee Worship volunteers (onboarding, involvement, and weekly assignments)
  • Attend periodic support staff training
  • Attend weekly staff meeting
  • Additional duties as assigned supervisor(s)
  • Manage Global Worship Pastor’s Calendar & Communication

  • Ability to learn new software applications
  • Willingness to work after hours or on weekends when needed

Experience Required:

  • High School diploma
  • At least 5 years prior work experience required, preferably at the executive level
  • Prior customer service and or managerial experience preferred
  • Project management experience helpful
  • Music knowledge helpful
