The Benefits Partner will oversee the robust benefits program for Life.Church staff, providing exceptional customer service from start to finish.

The Benefits Team supports our staff’s health, wealth, and well-being now and into the future. Our team is looking for an experienced Benefits Partner to provide administration, education, and implementation of employee benefit plans. This role is responsible for identifying gaps in coverage, providing solutions, and ensuring excellence. What you’ll do:

    • Manage all employee benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance enrollment, maternity leave, sick/vacation time, tuition reimbursement, short/long-term disability insurance, 401k, wellness program, and life insurance
    • Develop and lead benefits education initiatives for staff  
    • Stay ahead of industry trends including legislative and compliance-related matters 
    • Cultivate relationships with staff, insurance brokers, and third-party providers
