Campus Childcare Coordinator - Richland Campus                            

STAFF LEVEL             

Part Time/Hourly


Overall Responsibilities:
Provide quality care for children ages birth through 5th grade while their parents are involved in other ministries at Lakepointe.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate application and interview process with prospective childcare workers
  • Process childcare reservation request forms & and ensure staffing for event
  • Coordinate childcare rooms and staff according to event need. Includes calendar, counts, room placement, scheduling teachers, special food requests, curriculum and any other forms or paperwork needed for event
  • Floor Supervision every Tuesday and Wednesday evening as well as other occasional times of childcare provided
  • Training, Enrichment and Encouragement for teachers
  • Prepare and submit payroll
  • Salary reviews
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
