Campuses Team Administrative Assistant

STAFF LEVEL                  

Full Time, non-exempt



  • To motivate and build ministry leaders at the campus in order to fulfill God's purpose in their lives and draw others to a fully devoted love relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • To serve Lakepointe Church by playing an instrumental role alongside the Campus Pastor & Campus Team in the administration and function of the building, growth, development and maintenance of the campuses.
  • Works primarily with Campuses Project Manager
  • Works closely with Campus Coordinators


Weekly Responsibilities

  • Administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and data entry into ROCK (Church membership data system)
  • Assist Campus Pastors with managing schedule and communications
  • Assist Campus Coordinators with other campus wide needs
  • Answer phones for Campuses Ministry Office
  • Manage approval process for expenditures through Nexonia
  • Manage budget tracking for each Campus
  • Mail all 2nd time giver gifts
  • Make phone calls to assist Campuses including verifying hospital lists
  • Manage prayer requests with Campus volunteers and indicate progress in ROCK database
  • Maintain monthly envelope list
  • Create and send baptism certificates and send with link to families
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies needed for Campuses
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, manage outgoing mail
  • Respond to emails and phone calls within a 24-hour time frame
  • Weekly Meeting Schedule
  • Weekly meeting with Campuses Project Manager
  • Weekly meeting with Campus Team
  • Monthly All-Staff meeting
  • Any other meetings as needed


  • Must share the vision of Lakepointe Church to help people know God, find freedom, discover calling and make a difference
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and data entry programs
  • Basic understanding of accounting methods
  • Strong administrative abilities
