Job Description
The Accounts Receivable & Cash Room Specialist position consists of performing a variety of clerical accounting functions, such as counting and balancing cash transactions, reconciling offerings, and managing payments collected funds from other departments. Handling petty cash requests; Reconciliations of data; Excel experience would be plus.

  • Receive and process weekly bank deposits.
  • Reconcile daily reports from each department.
  • Prepare cash float bags for various departments.
  • Perform daily cash vault audits.
  • Cash petty cash checks as required.- scan checks
  • Provide excellent service by acting in a professional manner.
  • Follow all department procedures consistently.
  • Inform supervisor of any problems or concerns.
  • High level of confidentiality required.
  • Keep the work area clean, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Bank teller experience would be beneficial.
