TITLE:                                 
Central Production Pastor

STAFF LEVEL:
Director

CLASSIFICATION:           
Full Time, Exempt

HOURS PER WEEK:       
40, weekend hours are required                                                 

 

Overall Responsibilities:  

Provide campus-wide audio, live-production image magnification (IMAG) video, slide presentation creation, and lighting support for worship services and all church ministries.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

   Direct Responsibility for:

  • Direct Supervision of Central Production Staff and input authority to Campuses Production Staff
  • Refine/develop an efficient and scalable system of Central Production Support (i.e. on-call technical support, maintenance schedule & training for local staffs to maintain their equipment, etc.)
  • Provide leadership over creating, planning, and executing production for events (camps, conferences, worship services, etc.)
  • Provide spiritual and technical leadership for Production volunteers and staff
  • Provide support for weekly events requiring sound, lighting and live-video (IMAG) for all ministries
  • Verify execution of playbooks for all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer onboarding, and financial parameters for Central and Campus Production Teams
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Knowledge of audio, video, & lighting technologies
  • Past experience in a multi-campus (multi-site) organization
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team

 

Experience Required:

  • Minimum BA or BS or Commensurate Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in production field
