What You’ll Actually Be Doing Oversight of Ministry from Birth – 5th Grade culminating in an integrated family ministry, including Early Childhood staff Plan and program weekend services including tweaking curriculum, scheduling volunteers, ordering supplies and maintaining set-up/tear-down as necessary Recruit, shepherd, lead, disciple, train and empower an army of volunteers to love and disciple children and families. Connect with Local Ministry Partners and elementary schools as per community engagement Oversee off-weekend initiatives to engage families and children in disciple-making Collaborative implementation of various family discipleship resources and programs such as Family Dedication, Parenting classes, Leading a child to Christ, Baptism, SE!Kids Camp, etc. Our Must-Haves Biblically grounded High organizational/administrative skills Adaptability, Flexibility, high conflict resolution skills Living a disciple-making lifestyle Ability to engage and equip adults to serve and disciple others Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in Children’s Ministry or related field preferred Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one); supports our Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church; lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways. https://www.southeastchristian.org/sermons/mantra/be-the-branch-2 If this gets your heart excited, apply now!
