The Church Relations Assistant, works under the Church Relations Pastor, overseeing and supporting certain aspects of the church’s members and attendees needs, and any behind-the-scenes Staff / Department needs.
The Assistant’s roles includes handling the Front Desk at the Main Campus, Baby Dedications, assists with Funeral details, orders supplies for the church and church office, and also provides weekly reports and some data entry and up keeping of our Church Management Software.
The Assistant is also involved in all of our conferences, safety meetings, and in some cases, communicate with volunteers.
