This position is responsible for the overall communication and administrative responsibilities for the Clarkston Campus, providing the Campus Leaders and Staff with administrative support to accomplish the goals of each ministry. Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (4 hours each day). 1 Sunday per month to help assist with campus events in lobby (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Super Bowl, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Baptism, etc).

1. Education: Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
2. Experience: Team player, self-starter, ability to work independently, practices confidentiality.
3. Requirements: Membership at Kensington Community Church. Affirmation of the mission, vision, values, and beliefs of Kensington Community Church.

Staff Support: Campus Director and Lead Pastor

  • Responsible for appointment setting, calendar updates and changes
  • Arrange travel when needed
  • Maintain documents centrally for team (org charts, Big Rocks, etc.)

Administrative Support

  • Calendar: maintain Clarkston Campus staff meeting schedules, campus and vacation calendars
  • Database Management
  • Maintain Clarkston Campus database, adding first time visitors/new attendees (HUB) and updating information when received; analyze data, and generate reports as needed
  • Update webpage regularly
  • Attend Rock training meetings
  • Facilitate Volunteer application process including background checks
  • Communication: Answer all calls from general public for Clarkston campus. Handle all email correspondence for campus in a timely manner.
  • Send out email updates to Clarkston database (including Clarkston E-News) partnering with Directors on content
  • Responsible for communicating updated event info to Media Dept/Social Media leader for the website and social media outlets

General Staff support: Provide support for meetings and events via Hospitality, Set-up/Tear-down, Supplies, Handouts, etc. and manage short-term projects that support the campus ministry.

  • Organize lunch/snacks for staff meetings as requested
  • Place reservations for event needs
  • Clarkston Staff Retreat: Plan transportation, meals, and accommodations.
  • Gather and distribute mail


  • Receipt reimbursement for volunteer leaders (student ministry, guest service, etc.) and various school facilities receipts.


  • Ordering t-shirts
  • Printing certificates
  • Managing registrations
