Summary/Objective The role of the Content Producer is to ensure there is an easy and efficient flow of communication within the Creative Arts Teams and the assets they produce. This role will be a liaison of all creative arts projects within Marketing and Design Teams that involve graphic and digital content needs. The Content Producer will maintain alignment with the vision, mission, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Manage and produce all design and marketing projects for the Creative Arts Team. Manage incoming workflow, ensuring all requests are responded to and assigned to the correct teams in a timely manner. Schedule, manage, and assist creative photo shoots for various initiatives within the design team's needs. Manage the production of the Unleashed Magazine issues which includes coordinating content brainstorm meetings, assigning workflow structure for design and marketing teams, and ensuring each issue is completed in a timely manner. Assist SE Creative Directors and Marketing Director with all project-specific tasks assigned using a project management software, like Monday.com. Work with outside vendors for all creative needs for Creative Arts initiatives. Coordinate and implement website updates, including new and existing content additions, deletions, and modifications as well as approved digital enhancements within a web-based Content Management System. Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and deliverables, and small amounts of information. Plan and Manage Workflow Details: Provides clear direction and expectations on how a team will accomplish goals effectively. Delegates tasks and projects appropriately to team members. Build Relationships: Ability to display professionalism and an ongoing positive, Christian attitude while working with a multitude of ministries. Think Strategically: Generates and applies strategies to meet marketing needs, challenges, and opportunities for ministries. Effectively bridges vision to clear action. Communicate Effectively: Exchanges information, both verbally and non-verbally, among individuals, groups, or ministry teams to achieve clear understanding of the message.
