TITLE:
Database Project Manager

STAFF LEVEL:
Manager

CLASSIFICATION:
Full-time, Exempt

HOURS PER WEEK:
40

Overall Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage all aspects of database project management.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Measure the ongoing project activities to determine the status of project
  • Coordinate resources for flawless execution of projects
  • Provide excellend customer service to ministry departments
  • Monitor all deliverables to make sure project is on schedule
  • Monitor the schedule for project launch
  • Update all stakeholders with status of project as needed
  • Work with team to make sure project is on track
  • Schedule initial meetings and Post Project Review with ministries
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Experience Required:

  • Prefer experience with database applications, particularly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Church Management Systems (CMS)
  • 2-4 years project management experience
