Executive Administrator to CFO/COO & Assistant to Director of Operations   job description Position: Executive Administrator to CFO/COO & Assistant to Director of Operations Report To: CFO/COO & Director of Operations Classifications: Part-time – up to 25 hours per week, hourly Hours: Normal Office Hours – Monday – Thursday, 9am – 3pm with some flexibility, special events as needed about redemption: Redemption Church, formerly Redemption World Outreach Center (RWOC), founded in 1991 by Pastors Hope and Ron Carpenter with a campus in San Jose CA and Greenville SC. At both of our Redemption locations you’ll experience Godly teaching, powerful worship, exciting events, and opportunities to grow in the word and serve.  responsibilities: Under the oversight of the Director of Operations, is responsible for the following: Manages the calendar for the CFO/COO including scheduling appointments, meetings etc. and reviews daily  Performs logistical coordination of meetings, video conferences, and conference calls, including arranging facilities, catering etc. for VIP meetings Assists with the generation and maintenance of time sensitive materials  Coordinates travel plans and itineraries Prepares correspondence on behalf of CFO/COO  Reconciles CFO/COO’s & Director of Operations’ credit card transactions Attends meetings upon requests, transcribes, organizes and maintains meeting notes for CFO/COO  Provides CFO/COO with meeting materials to ensure prepared participation in meetings and appointments Manages incoming phone calls and screens callers accordingly to appropriate department and emails and prepares responses to routine inquiries Maintains organization of electronic files Manages a variety of special projects as determined by Director of Operations Assists with special events as needed requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, willingness to learn accounting software – Intacct, Nexonia, working knowledge of basic office equipment. Physical requirements: Must be physically able to push,  pill, reach, kneel and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Work is often sedentary but also involves walking and standing for periods of time.
