The Fulfillment Lead ensures the daily work and functions of the Fulfillment Department are handled and completed in a timely manner.  Follows proper procedures for shipping and invoicing.  This position provides support to all the campuses and has full knowledge of Listener Services and Warehouse software programs.  This person serves with integrity, honesty, and understanding that promotes Harvest’s mission, culture, and values.

  • Prepare and track Shelby requisitions for USPS, UPS, Pitney Bowes, and Endicia postage needed with accuracy.
  • Prepare Shelby requisitions for all shipping company billing.
  • With proper certification, operate a pallet jack and forklift.
  • With proper training, know how to operate fulfillment machinery.
  • Makes trips to local and various Post Offices as needed.
  • Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries of shipping materials and fulfillment supplies.
  • Responsible for responding to Listener Services about order status, changes, or cancellations.
  • Be continually aware of the shipping rates for USPS, UPS, FedEx, Pitney Bowes, and Endicia.
  • Be able to look at each month’s premium and determine the best shipping method.
  • Ensures all packages and letters are mailed in a timely manner.
  • Process, print, and match the daily pick.
  • Ensures that the HCF monthly mailing is folded, stuffed, and mailed within 24 hours.
  • Lead the fulfillment team with excellence.
  • Oversees and corresponds with volunteers.
  • Communicates with warehouse lead to ensure both departments are supporting one another.
  • Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation: the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and 50 to 100 lbs. on a semi-regular basis, also prolonged periods of sitting, standing, climbing, crawling, stooping, kneeling, bending, carrying equipment, and prolonged periods of looking at computer screens.
