Job Description
The Generosity Team Project Leader will own the systems and processes that make it possible for the Generosity Team to educate, equip, and empower our staff.

Stat wizard. Data master. Accountant extraordinaire. You wear these titles with pride because they’re skills God gave you. You care about the missing digits, the decimal points, and a balanced spreadsheet. Life.Church cares about numbers the same way you care about numbers, because to us, every number is a story. Numbers show us how God multiplies what we provide. And we’ve seen Him add those numbers up to things we could have never imagined were possible. That’s why we’re looking for someone like you. Someone who knows the bottom line is never measured in dollars—it’s measured in lives forever changed by the love of Christ.

The Generosity Team is looking for a Project Leader to join in our mission: educating, equipping, and empowering our staff members to lead people to become irrationally generous, fully devoted followers of Christ. Generosity is what we want for people, not from them. We encourage people to act on the generosity God has placed in each of us, knowing that it is more blessed to give than to receive.

Are you passionate about how God’s people are being irrationally generous every day and help our team lead others to embrace their own generosity? Keep reading for more information.

Who you are:

    • Someone who brings excellence to everything you do
    • Detail-oriented with a knack for seeing the big picture
    • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity
    • Hungry for feedback and eager to improve the systems and processes that make the Generosity Team tick
    • A gifted communicator, both in writing and in person

What you'll do:

    • Build rapport and collaborate with Central and campus teams to capture useful data and achieve Generosity goals and outcomes
    • Maintain the team Staff Portal page, Webdam, Tableau, and other generosity resources and partner with the Giving Experience team to gather and share giving data
    • Work with the Generosity Director to create and deliver content, including collecting stories from within the organization
    • Handle administrative duties including managing the team email account and calendar, organizing travel, and assisting with details and logistics for events and trainings
    • Own the systems and processes that support healthy communication with our givers

For bonus points:

    • You have the flexibility to adapt to changes and take on new responsibilities as the organization grows
    • You think it makes cents to use financial puns

Work Perks:
When you join the Life.Church team, our prayer is that your family will be closer, your leadership will be sharper, your finances will be stronger, your faith will be deeper, and your heart will be larger. And while the biggest perk to working at Life.Church is doing work that makes an eternal difference, you'll find that's not the only benefit we offer:

Flexible paid time off
Industry-leading medical, dental, and vision coverage
Generous employer 401K contribution match
Childcare benefits
Casual dress code
Professional development funds
