HomePointe Resource Coordinator

Part-Time, Non Exempt


Overall Responsibilities:  

Provide administrative/secretarial support for the HP Team as well as lead resources/inventory dynamic of the HomePointe Ministry for all campuses

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with copying, product ordering, organizing, etc. HomePointe resources. 
  • Assist with administrative details in coordination with HomePointe initiatives
  • Maintain resource inventory and organization in warehouse and storage area
  • Maintain resource inventory, organization, and level of excellence at all campuses
  • Assist with My Faith Box inventory, assembly, and orders/shipping
  • Help facilitate and manage initiative details
  • Research and oversee stocking of resources that will make it easy for families to take the next step toward intentionality and recommended tools or services for navigating specific life-stage challenges
  • Help manage stock of all HomePointe materials
  • Assist with coordination of details for new HP Centers 
  • Attend periodic support staff training
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor, HP project manager and HP operations manager

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Outlook
  • Detail oriented, creative, ability to learn new software applications
  • Servant spirit

  • Strong networking and relational skills

  • General knowledge of family life season issues
