Job Description

General Responsibilities

  • You’ll help in supporting new employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • You’ll help to provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and other HR policies while working to resolve any issues that may pop up
  • You’ll assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • You’ll assist in recruitment processes and interviewing as needed
  • You’ll run point on organizing routine and year-end performance evaluations
  • You’ll help to analyze data with useful HR metrics and identify trends
  • You’ll oversee the staff departure process

Job Must-Have

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

Job Nice-To-Have

  • Extensive familiarity with Elevation Church
  • Non-profit HR experience
  • Additional SHRM certification will be a plus
  • Proven HR Experience
