Job Description


Fellowship Bible Church is looking for an I.T. Support Technician.  This position will provide front line desktop support to Fellowship’s staff across all campuses.  This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software.  This also includes operation of Fellowship’s Church Management System, Ministry Platform.  The Technician will also assist end users by troubleshooting via tickets, Teams messages or in person in a timely and accurate fashion.


The Support Technician is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of a wide variety of hardware and software in use at Fellowship.  The ideal candidate is a rapid learner engaged in perpetual self-education and has experience troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices.  We do not expect expertise in every situation but do expect you to have patience with the end user and persistence in solving problems.


  • Respond to support tickets
  • Solve hardware and software issues
  • Assist I.T. team members in tasks

  • Travel to campuses to assist users

  • Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      • The ability and willingness to self-educate is more important to us than a degree
    • Microsoft certification
    • edX certificate
    • CompTIA+
  • Critical Experience:
    • Windows desktop support
    • Mac desktop support
    • iOS & Android mobile devices
    • Microsoft Office apps
  • Desired, but not necessary skills:
    • Basic database experience
    • Ministry Platform
    • Active Directory
    • Office 365
    • Microsoft Teams
