Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Support administrative responsibilities for Lead Pastor of Culture & Direction and/or Lead Team
  • Manage quarterly reviews 
  • Manage missions giving (stewarding relationships and gathering information for missions gift)
  • Manage weekly and monthly metrics
  • Preparation for Lead Team / Core Retreats
  • Management of Teaching Folders 
  • Management of financial stewardship 
  • Steward and cultivate relationships on behalf of the Lead Pastor of Culture & Director and Lead Team office.
  • Work alongside Lead Team Assistant to carry out any projects to completion on behalf of Lead Pastor of Culture & Direction and/or Lead Team.
  • Availability on Sunday’s to assist Lead Pastor of Culture & Direction when called on.
