The Life.Church Online Director of Media is responsible for the leadership and execution of the digital worship experiences for the global Life.Church audience.

Life.Church Online is a community of people embracing technology to do church together, all around the globe. We welcome thousands of people from all over the world to over 80 services each week on our website, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch. We're looking for a Director of Media who looks at global broadcast content and believes the church should be leading the way. We need someone who believes the best leadership isn’t through the authority you’ve been given, but through the influence you steward.

Who you are:

    • Passionate about creating world-class broadcast content
    • Someone who thrives in fast-paced and adaptable work environments
    • Able to understand, interpret, and deliver organizational-branded content

    • Able to prioritize your time wisely and hit deadlines consistently
    • A leader who inspires others to excellence through your own quality of work
    • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

What you'll do:

    • Produce the Life.Church Online service weekly, sometimes twice(or three or four) a week, from conception to final product
    • Develop new, creative, and innovative processes to produce video content in a timely manner
    • Work in collaboration with a variety of ministry teams to achieve the production goals of Life.Church Online
    • Ensure video content is aligned with Life.Church’s visual style and messaging
    • Secure and lead contractors for additional project needs
    • Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve the goals of Life.Church Online media
    • Maintain a clear understanding for Life.Church messaging and collective voice
