Job Description
The Location Support Property Manager is primarily responsible for leading all matters regarding Location Support at multiple Life.Church locations.

The Location Support Team partners with Life.Church staff, volunteers and contractors to care for the buildings and properties that have been entrusted to us. Because we believe that high functioning and visually excellent spaces and places will set the stage for God to change lives, we work with campus and Central teams to maintain excellence to pave the way for ministry to happen. We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to provide support and leadership in facility management for Life.Church locations.

What you'll do:

    • Be part of a team who cares about you and your personal growth and development
    • Coordinate and communicate the resolution of repair requests for buildings, grounds, plumbing, electrical systems, building fixtures, and equipment
    • Lead vendors in maintenance and preparation for weekend worship experiences
    • Conduct and discuss quarterly walkthroughs of Life.Church properties with campus staff
    • Use written and verbal communication to Life.Church staff and contractors to resolve maintenance requests
