Facilitating the logistics for various ministry environments. Expanding partnerships with other Southeast ministries and external ministry partners. Recruiting and training volunteers. Assimilating ministry environments into digital formats. Developing and directing an engagement tracking system. Stewarding the ministry budget. Reforming and implementing the ministry discipleship process. Guiding and managing the ministry calendar. Coordinating the process for connecting men within the ministry. Assisting in the process of recruiting and shepherding disciple-makers. OUR MUST HAVES: High-capacity and detail-oriented; ability to multitask Ability to build and implement organizational plans and structures Independent thinker and problem-solver; forward thinking Servant’s heart; team player, humble, & zealous Great communication and relational skills Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, general office skills College Graduate with previous ministry and operational and customer service experience Experience leading volunteers preferred Technical support and design skills Engaged member of SCC who supports the Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways If you’re ready to start planning, apply today!
