Rockwall Campus Groups Coordinator

STAFF LEVEL                    

Full Time, Non-exempt



Overall Responsibilities:  

Support for Rockwall Campus Groups, Ministries dynamics and systems


Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the Groups Pastors on the RW Groups Team
  • Manage Connection Requests 
  • Help support major Groups projects
  • Help manage details for Groups Coaches
  • Support with all training events
  • Assist with strategic communication to Groups leaders
  • Hands on support discovering leaders, developing leaders, and deploying leaders
  • Help all Groups collect accurate attendance

Campus Ministries

  • Help coordinate efforts with campus projects and events
  • Help lead specific volunteer teams


  • Support as needed for any task or assignment, not listed above, as requested by the Supervisor

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Outlook, 
  • Basic skills: copier, phone, printers


Experience Required:

  • High School diploma
  • At least 3 years prior work experience required, preferably office experience
  • Prior administrative assistant or customer service experience preferred
