Social Media Director – Creative Arts | Southeast Christian Church Are you the passionate Social Media Director and leader we’re looking for who can create meaningful connections with others through our digital platforms? This individual must have a heart for telling the stories of the Church through non-traditional mediums and engaging our community while maintaining alignment with the mission, vision, and heart of Southeast Christian Church. Expressive worship over religious rituals (Luke 7:38). What You’ll Actually Be Doing Lead the overall social brand strategy for various Southeast affiliated social media accounts. Provide leadership and assistance to the Social Media Manager and social volunteers. Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly social editorial calendar. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Set specific objectives and report on ROI for Southeast initiatives. Design and implement social media strategy to align with overall goals. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and audience preferences. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency alongside the Social Media Manager. Create team-led initiatives to increase awareness of Southeast through various social media channels. Set and manage goals that are clear and measurable for your team to work toward and accomplish. Manage ambiguity when things are not clear and be able to react quickly when decisions are made. Motivate others by creating energy and engagement from others to work toward goals that accomplish the mission. Think strategically to meet anticipated future needs, challenges, and opportunities. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, or comparable degree. Minimum 5 years of related experience in a Social Media Director role. Proven success in prior or current role within the social media marketing field.
