What The Job Entails: Discipling students and volunteers with an intentional strategy Availability to all MSM & HSM girls and volunteers throughout the week and during weekly programming Develop a culture of discipleship for female volunteers & students Plan & carry out girl specific events such as retreats, outings... Overseeing the middle & high school ministry small group culture Partnering with the Student Ministry Lead Pastor in all strategies and initiatives Participating in all middle & high school ministry gatherings at the campus Partner with local schools and get engaged in the community of Elizabethtown Actively engaging in outreach through existing social media platforms Leading a small group of students and investing in them relationally and spiritually Recruiting, shepherding and developing volunteer leaders; unleashing volunteers to engage in ministry Attending “all team” student meetings and actively participating in cross campus collaboration What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?
