Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide great customer service to anyone who has questions, technology challenges or interacts with the NewSpring Technology Team:
    • Have a posture that reflects the fruit of the spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control)
    • As often as possible, try to ease any burden and disruption on the person who has asked for help.
    • While handling issues, try to go above and beyond the actual request.
  • Attempt to resolve all incoming requests and questions:
    • Answering and responding to incoming helpdesk tickets, walk-in support needs and calls to the emergency support number during office hours.
    • Take ownership of issues end to end. As needed, leverage the knowledge of the team and other resources to troubleshoot issues.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or tools.
  • Test, evaluate and assist in decision making for new technology solutions.
  • Continually develop the knowledge and skills needed to serve in a technical capacity.
