Job Description


General Responsibilities  

  • Work closely with the Creative and Communications Teams to ideate concepts that make sense for a designated media outlet (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Print Marketing, etc.)
  • Use video and/or design skills to execute assigned tasks 
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for content creation 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
  • Manage and care for provided equipment

Job Must-Have  

  • Relevant digital experience, including video, design, or both
  • High level understanding of popular social networks - design, functionality, users, etc.
  • Experience in working with a personal brand or account
  • Ability to create videos and/or designs that are more feminine in tone
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Great time management skills & ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team, depending on the project
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proactive and excellent ability to problem solve
  • Portfolio available online


Job Nice-To-Have  

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, media, video/film or related field
  • Experience in motion graphics
