The YouVersion Product Support Coordinator provides front-line leadership for our volunteer support team, serving the YouVersion Community with technical, informational, and spiritual support.

YouVersion's Community Support Team is looking for someone who is passionate about leading a diverse group of global volunteers to engage with the YouVersion Community around the clock, providing a quick response to questions, concerns, opportunities, and needs. With more than 400 million installs of the Bible App and users in every country on earth, the YouVersion Community is a vibrant, fast-growing group. Who you are:

    • A strong communicator, both in written and verbal interactions
    • Tech-savvy and able to understand technical problems, solutions, and software systems
    • Able to facilitate life-giving personal development conversations with key volunteer leaders
    • Spiritually mature, recognizing the diversity of the global Church
    • A creative, agile thinker who is able to present ideas and solutions in real-time high-pressure situations
    • Available to work in an on-call rotation, including after normal business hours

What you'll do:

    • Recruit and develop healthy volunteer leaders through regular meetings, training, coaching, direction, and prayer 
    • Coordinate with support teams about product updates, issues, and future roadmap items
    • Respond to elevated support tickets, including theological questions, mental health needs, and information requests, with help and input from appropriate team members
    • Assist with testing reported technical bugs and content errors, communicating with the appropriate YouVersion team members
    • Execute and manage projects or initiatives in collaboration with volunteers and YouVersion staff members
