Objective: Leading students (Grades 6-12) into a dynamic relationship with Christ, equipping them to serve, and integrating them into the life of the church.

Reports to: Senior Pastor, Luke Raczykowski

Hours: Part-time, Salaried position; Hours will vary from week to week, but are estimated to average about 12 hours per week.

Times when needed on campus at BSBC:

Sundays from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

9:30-10:30 – Youth Sunday School

10:45-Noon – Morning Worship (There would be no direct responsibilities during Morning Worship, but there would be opportunities to preach, if desired).

Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

5:30-6:15 p.m. – Wednesday night meal (dining and fellowshipping with students)

6:15-7:30 p.m. – Wednesday Night Student Ministry

First Monday of Each Month from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Church Council Meeting (Attendance very much desired, but not strictly required)

Compensation: $13,900/yr. (Based on an estimated average of 12 hr./wk. @ $22/hr.)

Up to $150/month is additionally available for reimbursement of travel expenses.
