In search of the right person to fill staff role(s) at Bethel Baptist Church (bethelpgal.com). We are looking to fill roles for Student ministry as well as Recreation/Activities ministry These positions are individually bi-vocational but could be combined for a full time position.

The student minister is tasked with leading our student ministry to reach and disciple students and their families. This is accomplished through building relationships with students and their families, planning and implementing special events and regular Sunday/Wednesday gatherings, and developing and discipling leaders that are equipped for the work of the ministry.

The recreation/activities minister is tasked with developing and leading a ministry to all ages utilizing the Family Life Center. This may include directing league sports and facilitating special events. Both positions would provide a great opportunity for evangelism, disciple making, fellowship, and ministry.
