Bethsaida Baptist Church of Dublin, GA is looking for an Associate Pastor of Children and Students.

This is a full-time position and salary is Commensurate with Experience and Education. We are looking for someone that will work with our Student Pastor and Children’s leadership team. Presently our Student Service is on Sunday nights at 6pm and our Children’s service is on Wednesday nights at 6:30p.m.

Qualifications

* Personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and pursue Christlikeness with a teachable spirit.

* Called to ministry and has a passion for children and students.

* Team player that works well with others and just wants to minister to people.

* Willing to be part of a church that wants to fully train the next generation to make disciples that make disciples.

* Believe and adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.

* Disciplined in the use of Social Media platforms.

* Pursuing or have completed Christian college or seminary preferred or have ministry years of experience.

Responsibilities

* Focus on the evangelism of children and students and helping to start the discipleship process in their lives. Concerned about the spiritual growth of the next generation.

* Oversee, develop and responsible for the work of the Student Ministry and working with the Children’s leadership team to develop that ministry and prepare the children for Student ministry

* Build relationships with parents, leaders and other members in the church

* Communicate and keep parents informed with what is going in the Children’s and Student Ministry

* Recruit, train, encourage and support student ministry volunteers

* Plan, lead and conduct all church camps, VBS, D-Now weekends, mission trips, etc.

* Attend all staff meetings and work well with other staff members

* Supportive and engaged with our mission, “Bethsaida Pathway,” values and vision

* Develop annual budget and manage the Student Ministry spending and receipts and work with the Children’s leadership on their Annual budget
