Bonita Road Baptist Church in Chula Vista, CA is prayerfully seeking God’s guidance as we search for our future pastor to lead our congregation of approximately 50 members. We are praying for the man God is calling to shepherd His flock in Chula Vista, CA. We are a small church with a majority Filipino congregation with our own land and facility.

We are prayerfully seeking a pastor that loves God and possess all of the qualifications of an overseer stated in 1 Timothy 3, agree to the Gospel according to the scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) and who is aligned with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 (SBC Statement of Faith). Our preferences are that our future pastor would be bilingual (English-Tagalog), has a Bachelor’s in Seminary degree and a pastor who is/was a member of a Southern Baptist Convention association church.
