General Description

Central Baptist is a church that believes that when Christ is central, we behold His glory, we belong to His family, we become His reflection, and we bear His mission. The ideal Worship and Media Pastor will support that vision by providing excellent and formational worship for the main service and other church ministries. This role will be responsible for shaping the worship culture of Central through their musical skills, building healthy teams, planning services, producing creative art, and supporting other ministries with worship needs.

Qualifications

Biblical understanding of worship and conviction to lead accordingly
Music & vocal ability
Knowledge of relevant technology
Audio system proficiency
Communication skills
A team player

Job Description
• Plan and lead worship service
• Lead, teach, and disciple the worship team
• Oversee the audio/visual/lighting ministry
• Videography/Photography
• Online presence – Help our people experience the gospel in digital expressions
• Additional duties as assigned by Lead Pastor/Pastoral Team
