City View is looking for a Music Minister to join in what God is doing in North Knoxville and beyond. This ministry partner will be a vital part of our leadership team, helping the church accomplish our mission of following Christ, showing His love, and making disciples to the ends of the earth. This person should have a vibrant walk with Christ, desire to keep learning as a leader, and be able to model a lifestyle of worship.

This minister will help lead our congregation to exalt God alone as worthy of our highest praise and honor. He or she will provide vision and leadership to all aspects of the music ministry, guiding and encouraging people to grow in Christ while celebrating joyfully. This includes coordinating with the pastor, planning for and preparing those who will lead in corporate worship (i.e. choir and musicians), and providing direction to the media team (i.e. audio-visual, sound, and video). He or she should be theologically grounded and appreciate multi-generational differences expressed in a blended style of worship (traditional and contemporary styles of music).
