We are seeking a Worship Pastor to oversee the direction of worship church-wide, including traditional and contemporary worship along with online/streaming services. Will give direct oversight to the worship services and special events with the goal to lead all people to follow Jesus.

Primary responsibilities:

Lead in developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for engaging worship services, in person and online.
Work closely with the Senior Pastor for alignment in planning of services and strategies.
Leadership of worship teams, including vocalists, band, choir, and orchestra.
Encourage the spiritual growth of worship team members: pastoring, leading and shepherding them to grow spiritually and in their skill.
Meet regularly with the worship team to prepare worship service details and review production notes.
Weekly conduct rehearsals and run throughs.
Foster a positive and cooperative attitude and team spirit.

Qualifications:

Individual with highly authentic style in music and pastoral care.
Experience developing and implementing worship strategies to elevate and provide engaging congregational worship.
Degree in Music or related field preferred or a minimum of four (4) years of worship ministries leadership experience.
Growing believer with a personal lifestyle consistent with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
