This small rural Assn is praying for missionary-minded pastors who are missionaries to the community, involved in the lives of schools, town council, sporting events, and the neighbors. Funding is available from $1000-3000 a month + housing depending on the church setting. These small rural churches in the mountain towns of northeast of California. The area is made up of ranching, logging, resort, and local small business, with blue-collar workers and population of about 2000 – 5000 in a 10 mile radios & 25-100 miles from Walmart. Bi-vocational is almost a must. There is a little for moving expenses available, so we are trusting God to supply.

Job Requirements:

Call of God to a life on mission, self-starter, love of people.
Evangelistic, relational, Entrepreneurial leadership, strategic in direction, facilitating ministry.
3 + years of experience is preferred, Some Bible college and in agreement with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.
Must understand the west – not a natural growth area.
And it snows (a lot sometimes). And did I mention Bi-vocational.
