First Baptist Chandler is a dynamic church in one of the fastest growing areas in the US. We average over 500 on Sundays in two services. • Position is full-time worship leader overseeing all aspects of the music ministry

• Lead worship through music using God’s given gifts

• Selecting, planning, and rehearsing worship music to support weekly sermon by senior pastor

• Lead worship through music using God’s given gifts

• Selecting, planning, and rehearsing worship music to support weekly sermon by senior pastor

• Comfortable with modern technology- communicate with sound technicians

• Prepare weekly lyrics into presentation software

• Recruit musicians and vocalists

• Work in cooperation with the rest of the church staff

• Develop and maintain strategies for learning new worship songs and engaging congregation
