Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Ministry to Students:

Develop, promote and coordinate activities that are age appropriate for students from K-12 grade.
Develop a schedule for student ministry volunteers for various classes and events.
Schedule time each week to meet with students at their schools and develop relationships with school faculty.
Train and involve Students and Student Leaders in outreach to Students who do not yet have a relationship with Jesus.
Involve Students in ministry and mission projects.

Ministry to Parents:

Be available to parents to discuss issues related to their child or Student Ministry.
Assist parents by providing or pointing to tools and advice to help them raise their child(ren) in a godly environment.

Ministry to Student Leadership:

Provide opportunities to include students in church ministries.
Facilitate Leadership Meetings with Student Ministry Teams
Provide Students training opportunities in Local, State and National levels.

Other Responsibilities:

Is a member of the Ministry Team, Student Ministry Team and the Follow Up Team.
Present an annual budget for discipleship needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the pastor.

Salary level: $43,000
