First Baptist Church Chillicothe, Missouri, is searching for an Interim Associate Pastor. FBC has begun searching for the right candidate to fill the full-time associate pastor position. The Interim Associate Pastor could be considered for the full-time role.

The Associate Pastor will have three primary responsibilities. First, to work with all our students (7th – 12th grade) and leaders in our youth ministries, to evangelize, equip, and encourage growth in Christlikeness. FBC has a dedicated and up-to-date youth area, incredibly supportive church leadership, and a generous budget for youth ministries. Second, the Associate Pastor will support, equip, and resource our Children’s Ministry leaders in fulfilling their ministry. Third, the Associate Pastor will preach in our pastor’s absence. In a typical year, the Associate Pastor will have a minimum of four preaching opportunities before the whole congregation.
