Purpose: We are looking for a godly man to develop and lead the corporate worship gatherings under the leadership of the senior pastor that is consistent with our mission, values, context, and theology so that the congregation is led to praise the Lord. Theological precision is of the utmost priority in the music chosen.

To partner with the pastoral staff on a regular basis

Responsibilities

The Music minister will be responsible to the Lord, the Senior Pastor, and the Personnel Committee.
Select, plan, and disseminate necessary music for all services to the worship team in coordination with the Senior Pastor. (Weekly AM & PM services and additional services, which may at times include choir members)
Perform other duties assigned such as playing for funerals.
Communicate faithfully and efficiently with the pastoral staff and music team.
Provide song choices in a wide range of styles including hymns and sound theological contemporary songs as well.
Assist and coordinate with the media team in scheduling and seeking out new volunteers.
Arranging music transitions and sequencing to fit properly in each service.
