Youth Pastor Position Needed.
Job Description
▪ In search of a Minister of Youth who will give comprehensive leadership and oversight of the youth ministry program of First Southern Baptist Church Johnstown.
Responsibilities:
▪ Lead the Youth Ministry that supports the overall vision of the church.
▪ Attend weekly meetings with the pastor.
▪ Oversee all three youth meetings during the week.
▪ Plan and lead regular special events to promote ministry growth such as camps, retreats and mission trips.
Personal:
▪ Be called to student ministry
▪ Beliefs compatible with the Baptist Faith and Message – 2000
In Addition:
▪ This is a part-time position, that we are hopeful and prayerful will eventually grow into a full-time position
▪ Johnstown (Ohio) is located in Licking County, just outside of Columbus.
▪ Salary is set at $6600 annual or $550/ Month; however, it is intended that this salary will grow as the ministry grows
▪ Must be able to pass a background check
