The principal function is to provide leadership and direction for youth, young adults, and family ministries. The task is to begin to build a ministry that will encourage the involvement of young adults and encourage young families to be more involved in leadership. Additional duties involve building a foundation of 4th to 6th grades for youth ministry. This position will build on the work already begun regarding youth and young adult/family ministries. Finally, the position will provide general pastoral ministry as the directing pastor needs.
