PURPOSE

The Music Department Administrative Director is responsible to support the department with high level financial and operational management.

• Facilitate: Liaising With Accounting And HR Department
• Facilitate: Monitoring Operating Expenses, Budget Allocation, & Vendor Accountability
• Facilitate: Calendar Scheduling (Meetings, Events, Dates)
• Facilitate: Lead Department Meetings (Links, Rooms, Personnel, Agenda)
• Facilitate: Meeting Notes And Action Items (Department Meetings, Staff Meetings, Leader Meetings)
• Facilitate: Incoming Submissions And Determine Their Significance And Proactively Plan Their Delegation • Facilitate: Department Time Clock Adjustments And Approvals
• Facilitate: Department Leader Projects And Assignments Matrix
• Facilitate: Department Related Contractor Payroll
• Facilitate: Department Related Expenditure Reports
• Manage: Negotiate Contracts And Collect Payments For Free Chapel Music Artists And Writers
• Manage: Broadcast Musical And Inspirational Opportunities (Events, Writing Camps, Co-Writes)
• Manage: Music Aggregation, Distribution, Publishing, Marketing, Scheduling, Quarterly Reports
