At Lakepointe, we are looking for a highly skilled marketing director to help us strategically attract, keep, grow, and multiply people at our seven different locations. Our ideal candidate will have marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of digital and print marketing. He/she will have the ability to lead a team and interact with our ministries on a regular basis. Objectives of this Role

Responsible for the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy including campaigns, lead generation, promotional events, digital marketing, paid social media, and ongoing internal and external marketing communications
Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying new opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and promotion that support organizational objectives and drive interest, attendance and engagement
Collaborate with ministries to uncover insights and opportunities to develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing programs and events, internally and externally
Serve as the bridge between leadership and the marketing team to ensure cohesion in messaging, promotions, goals and objectives
Work cooperatively and collaboratively with ministries, teams and other leaders across the organization to maximize marketing performance, report campaign data, and recommend strategies
Develop and execute event marketing plans and timelines to meet registration goals
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget
Lead and drive all digital marketing channels including website, paid social media, Adwords, and email focusing on organizational goals, generating brand awareness and building a following
Work closely with creative teams to develop content that maintains brand recognition, resonates with target audiences and promotes growth
Develop and optimize a paid social advertising strategy to promote events, weekend services and brand awareness
Manage Websites and apps with target audiences in mind, attract new people and a tool for our base.
Oversee website and app UI and UX ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement with compelling content and images, maintaining brand standards, monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
Measure, refine, and track keyword usage for google, marketing performance and optimization
Provide analytical data and ROI to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
Define the best KPIs to focus the team and drive results ensuring that they are correctly measured and organized to meet and exceed goals

Knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics
Expertise in paid social media execution and strategies with experience in facebook ads manager
Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred
3+ years of experience in an advertising, digital strategy, or marketing and 2+ years of supervisory experience
