Purpose of Position: To inspire and equip the team that leads the church to worship Jesus with joy in a contemporary format and the team guiding youth attenders on paths to know and grow like Jesus. Support broader mission of the church in duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate is to fully support the church’s strategy to Worship (e.g. Sunday worship services), Grow (e.g. lead the youth grow groups), Serve (e.g. lead the worship & youth serve teams), & Reach (e.g. invite others to faith & church), while partnering with this church in their tithe.

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

NOTE: Position may be separated into two part-time roles if qualified candidates want to apply for Youth only or Worship only responsibilities (e.g. for college or graduate student, etc.)
