Job Description:

Direct and lead childrens’ ministry (first through fifth grade) and give guidance and direction to preschool ministry (birth through kindergarten).

Characteristics:

Personal relationship with Jesus Christ, evidenced by action, attitude and behavior. Committed to growing spiritually and in professional development

Qualifications:

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field
Preferred five years experience in childrens’ ministry leadership
Proficient in social media and technology

Responsibilities and Duties:

Have the ability to recruit, train and retain volunteers
Lead and manage the development of the spiritual growth of children and families
Plan, promote, coordinate and implement the various programs such as Sunday morning classes, Wednesday night activities and special events
Engage as an integral part of the pastoral leadership team
