Marshall Road is a growing, vibrant, multi-cultural, multi-generational church in Jacksonville, AR. We are a suburb of Little Rock located one mile from the main entrance to Little Rock Air Force Base. Salary – Part-time with the goal of moving to full-time as the ministry grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• The purpose is to minister to the youth of our church and community in grades 7-12 and to administer, develop, and implement youth ministry programs designed to meet the spiritual, social, and emotional needs of the youth, leading them to spiritual commitments and disciplines.

• Weekly Wednesday Program

• Sunday Morning Program

• Sunday Evening Program (during school year)

• Provide hands-on opportunities for service projects for youth to learn how to live out their faith in helping meet the needs of others.

• Plan, organize, and attend youth camps, retreats, events, etc…

• Create and monitor expenses through student budget.

• Coordinate any necessary fundraisers for student ministry

• Recruit and develop adults within the congregation to serve as volunteers in student ministry.

• Work effectively with parents to foster support of the student ministry, including ongoing communication to provide opportunities for input and feedback.

• Work alongside other church staff members.

• Pastorally care for your volunteer team

• Work closely with Lead Pastor to do everything necessary to impact our community and reach lost people

• Other Responsibilities as needed (dependent on skill set of the person)
