Immanuel Baptist Church in Clinton, NC (www.ibcclinton.com) is looking to fill a Student Pastor/Worship Leader position.

This position is open and flexible. We are looking for full-time applications, part-time applicants, and students who may need field ministry/internship hours.

The right person to fill this position will be qualified according to 1 Tim 3 and Titus 1.

The Student Pastor will lead and oversee both our children and student ministries (K-12). He will work with the pastor to develop a discipleship strategy for families and their students. He will work with volunteers and other leaders to coordinate events and implement discipleship strategies.

The Worship Leader will lead and oversee the music ministry of the church. Ideally this person will be able to lead worship solo and/or work with our worship team/band. We have a blended service with both traditional hymns and more modern worship. We are ideally hoping the right person will be able to play piano/keyboard, and be willing to work with a choir on a regular basis.

Pay for continuing education/training in each area is available and negotiable.

Clinton is located in Sampson County, NC — convenient to Raleigh, Goldsboro, Fayetteville, Topsail Beach, and Wilmington.
