Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon, California is seeking the best Children’s Ministry Director in the nation. We are a proclamation ministry, passionate about reaching people for Christ.

This role reports to Dr. David Jeremiah. The successful candidate will lead a team of staff and volunteers responsible for creating irresistible weekend experiences for birth through 5th grade on our main campus while providing staff and curriculum support for children’s outreach at our 6 remote campuses throughout Southern California.

Most people come to Christ before 5th grade, so we believe this is one of the most important areas of ministry and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for this team.
